First Week of 2024 and Parking

This first week of 2024 was busy. My wife and I mainly did events and things related to church. However, we are planning for our one-year anniversary along with other plans for the year. Admittedly, our anniversary came very quickly, and it is amazing that it has already been a year being married. We have booked a place for us to stay overnight in San Diego, and the process of doing that was a bit stressful along with all the hidden fees that just seem to pop up. Overall, we are looking forward to this mini vacation.

Another thing that happened was that some young man and his friend in their late teens or early twenties parked in our parking spot. My wife was not happy with this, and she was not having a great day, so she forsook any niceties like leaving a letter. She just called the towing company. Luckily for them, they made it back to their car before the tow truck arrived. We did confront the two, and they had flippant responses claiming that they could not find any guest parking (there is a lot of guest parking in our condo complex, but it seemed like these two did not bother to look very hard). We rolled our eyes at this obviously pathetic excuse, and they drove away.

This first week of the new year was one of building and busyness. We are already looking forward to our immediate plans, while planning and saving for our future plans.
